Your business data is too valuable to leave its safekeeping to chance. Ask yourself these questions:
Does your business backup with unreliable tapes that might be taken offsite by an employee to protect your company in case of a disaster?
Does your business only backup files and folders due to limited space on tapes?
Are you routinely checking your backup data and doing test restores to verify your data is indeed getting backed up? |

Say Good Bye to your Tapes
Agency Tech Solutions solves all backup and disaster recovery problems with the Backup Care solution. Now small and medium sized businesses can have the same backup services that only the big companies could afford in the past. Backup Care uses our award winning software and hardware and is the most complete data protection and disaster recovery plan on the market. |

Backup Care Plan includes: |
|
 |
| |
As a customer, we offer a complimentary security audit to pin-point where you are most vulnerable to virus infection, hacker attacks, and data loss. |
|
 |
Local Backup |
automatic 15 minute backup of all data and applications to local NAS. |
 |
Quick Recovery |
the ability to recover the smallest files or the entire servers within an hour. |
 |
Disaster Recovery |
the ability to virtualize a server reducing down time. |
 |
Offsite Storage |
offsite replication of your encrypted data to two secure data centers. |
 |
Managing Backup |
we will monitor and manage your backup 24/7, eliminating the cost and time of having someone switching out tapes daily. |

How it Works
Base Image
The first backup taken of a server is the base image. The base image is an exact, complete copy of the currently used space on the server. The base image is taken for each volume (or partition) on the server. Once the base image completes, all future backups are incrementals. |
|
| |
| |
Incrementals
The incrementals take place at the frequency that you want scheduled. If you selected 24/7 backups at 15-minute incrementals, that will create 96 incremental files each day. All these incrementals will be saved on the NAS but only one image is pushed off-site daily to the co-location facility. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Synthetic Incrementals
Incremental files are collapsed into synthetic incrementals (basically a larger incremental file). This is done to ensure chain integrity and to speed up restorations. The fewer hops from the current point-in-time back to the base image, the faster your restoration will be. |

Recovery Options
Recovering files and folders is a simple process where the entire server is mounted as a volume on the NAS device. The files can then be copied to the destination server over the network.
We also provide utilities that enable our engineers to restore files, folders, Exchange mailboxes or messages and SQL tables and databases. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Instant Virtualization
The NAS device has the ability to create a standby of a failed server by creating a virtual image of the failed server on the NAS. This unique ability is due to the fact that the virtualization engine natively understands the backup images as a hard drive allowing a failed server to be virtualized within minutes. No reconfiguration is needed as the “virtualized” server retains the same IP address, NETBIOS name, MAC address and application state of the original server. |
|
| |
Bare Metal Restore
When it comes time to restore the virtualized server back to physical hardware, our bare-metal restore process allows restorations to dissimilar hardware. This functionality can also be used to migrate an image of old servers to new servers. |

Monitoring & Management
Agency Tech Solution’s Backup Care solution is monitored and managed 24/7 by our NOC team. Our staff spends about 45 minutes setting up a new NAS. If a problem occurs during any backup or with the hardware, we are quickly notified and take corrective action. |
